Purchasing and delivery

Yes, we have a gourmet grocery outlet store at 7B/89 Ellice Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland. The shop is open Wed-Fri 10am-4pm and Sat 10am-2pm. We’d love to see you there!

Yes, we offer a Click and Collect Service with collection from out outlet store at 7B/89 Ellice Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland. Simply select the ‘Click and Collect’ shipping option at checkout. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection.

We deliver to addresses throughout New Zealand. For delivery outside of New Zealand, please contact us by phone or email.

Shipping to most New Zealand addresses is free for standard orders (excludes meat) of $99 or more. For orders below $99, shipping costs to standard destinations are shown below.

Orders that include meat are shipped chilled. The shipping fee for any orders with chilled shipping is $15 for all regions regardless of order value.*

*Shipping to some destinations will incur special shipping charges. Shipping to Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands and Stewart Island is $25 and shipping to Russell is $20, regardless of the order content or order value.

For custom shipping requests, please contact us before ordering and we will try to find the best solution and shipping cost for your situation.

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes at no extra charge.
Delivery time depends on the delivery address and takes between 1 and 5 business days from the time we receive your payment.

If you would like to request an urgent delivery, please contact us by E-Mail (info@zenesco.co.nz) or telephone (09 475 6540). Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply for urgent deliveries.

Goods are shipped to customers by courier and require a signature on delivery. If you would like your goods left at your address without requiring a signature, please clearly state this in the Order Comments field when you check out online.

Payment

You can pay for your online purchase using your VISA or Mastercard credit card or by direct credit through your New Zealand bank account. If you are a New Zealand business and would like to open an account with us, please contact us.

Zenesco is committed to ensuring the security of payments made by credit card. We partner with eWAY to process credit card payments. eWAY is tier-one PCI DSS compliant, and has the same levels of data security as the largest banks in the world. Please note that no credit card information is passed on to Zenesco during the payment process.

If you would like to make a change to your order before it is dispatched, please contact us by E-Mail (info@zenesco.co.nz) or telephone (09 475 6540) and provide your order reference number. We will do our best to make the changes you request.

If the goods you ordered arrive in a damaged condition, Zenesco will gladly provide you with a refund or ship replacement goods. Because of the nature of the goods we sell, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the goods you purchased.
