These Terms and Conditions relate to online purchases made through Zenesco Limited’s website only.

Refunds

If the goods you ordered arrive in a damaged condition, Zenesco will gladly provide you with a refund or ship replacement goods.

Because of the nature of the goods we sell, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the goods you purchased. If you have any questions or would like to receive more information about the products we sell, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.

Product Availability

Zenesco regularly updates its website to reflect stock on hand. However, Zenesco cannot be held responsible for goods being unavailable. If an order is placed for a good which is currently unavailable, Zenesco will contact the customer to find the best solution. This may include a full refund, shipment of a different product or shipment once the product becomes available.

Pricing

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST and quoted in New Zealand dollars.

Payments

For orders placed through our online shop, full payment must be made before goods are shipped. If you are a New Zealand business and would like to open an account, please contact us. Zenesco places the utmost importance on ensuring that transactions made through our online shop are secure. You can pay for your online purchase using a variety of options as outlined below:

Direct credit (through New Zealand bank accounts): Select this option if you would like to pay for your purchase by direct credit. You will be provided with our bank account details and can transfer the purchase amount directly into our bank account.

Credit cards: You can pay for your online purchase using your VISA or Mastercard credit card. Your credit card will be billed at the time when you make a purchase. Zenesco is committed to ensuring the security of payments made by credit card. We partner with eWAY to process credit card payments. eWAY is tier-one PCI DSS compliant. Please note that no credit card information is passed on to Zenesco during the payment process.

Accounts for New Zealand businesses: If you are a New Zealand business and would like to open an account with us, please contact us.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. An order confirmation will be sent to you by E-Mail when we have received your order. It is recommended that customers retain a copy of their confirmation E-Mails.

Delivery

Zenesco delivers products to New Zealand addresses including PO Boxes and Rural Addresses. Delivery will be made within 1-5 business days of your payment being received.

Goods are shipped to customers by courier and require a signature on delivery. If you would like your goods left at your address without requiring a signature, please clearly state this in the Order Comments field when you check out online. Please note that Zenesco takes no responsibility for the security of goods if you direct that the goods be left at your address without requiring a signature.

Zenesco Limited will make every effort to ensure goods are delivered on time. However, late deliveries may arise for reasons beyond Zenesco’s control. If Zenesco becomes aware of any delays in delivery, it will send a notification to you by E-Mail.

Shipping Fees

All orders for standard goods (excludes meat) with a total value of $90 or more are delivered free of charge nationwide. For orders below $90, shipping costs are shown below.

Betscharts meat orders ship separately and are shipped cooled. Meat delivery is free for orders of $250 (total for meat and standard products) and above. For orders below $250, meat delivery is $10 for Auckland, $12 for the rest of the North Island and $15 for the South Island.

In some cases, shipping to the Outer Islands (Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke etc) and rural deliveries may incur additional costs. If applicable, this will be calculated and shown at checkout.

If you contact us to request an urgent delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect service from our outlet store at 7B/89 Ellice Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland. Once you have placed your order with the ‘Click and Collect’ shipping option selected, we will contact you as soon as it is ready for collection.
