A smoked pork-based sausage made with chilli for a hot and spicy taste. This version is larger and made with natural casings.

Chorizo is fantastic cold on an antipasto platter or in a sandwich. It can also be grilled or fried or sliced and added to other dishes for a great flavour boost.
