A special Swiss-style Bratwurst made from veal and pork. Veal Bratwurst is white in colour and has an incredibly smooth texture.
The recipe for veal Bratwurst has remained largely unchanged since the 15th century, when it was first produced in St Gallen, Switzerland. Did you know, in 2008 the St. Galler Bratwurst, or ‘Olma Bratwurst’ earned an IGP (Indications géographiques protégées) designation.
Veal Bratwurst is cooked and served roasted or grilled. In Switzerland it is often simply eaten with a piece of bread or crusty roll. It also features in one of Switzerland’s traditional dishes: Bratwurst with Rösti and onion gravy.

Meat delivery is free for orders of $250 (total for meat and standard products) and above. For orders below $250, meat delivery is $10 for Auckland, $12 for the rest of the North Island and $15 for the South Island. Contact us for urgent deliveries.
