Description

Made from high-quality, yellow-fleshed potatoes. Easy to open, no peeling, no thawing, no soaking – ready to serve in about 15 minutes.

Weight: 400g (Serves 2 people).

Preparation: Spread the Rösti out evenly in a nonstick pan. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Press the Rösti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the Rösti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown.
