Description

Creamy French mushroom soup base with a rich and savoury taste.

Add: 250g sliced (chestnut) mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped chives, and 1500ml water. Optional: add 125g diced ham, 300g broccoli florets, and 150g drained corn. Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to boil while whisking, add mushrooms, simmer partially covered for 10min, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chives.
