Description

Flavourful julienne soup base for a quick and hearty homemade-style soup.

Add: Add 150g beef meatballs, 1 medium leek, 100g carrot, and 1500ml water. Optionally replace leek and carrot with 2 sliced red capsicums. Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to boil while whisking, add other ingredients, then simmer partially covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
