Description

Delicate asparagus soup base inspired by the flavours of Limburg cuisine.

Add: 300g white asparagus (peeled and chopped), 100g sliced ham, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1500ml water. Optional: garnish with chopped hard-boiled egg. Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to boil while whisking, add asparagus and ham, simmer partially covered for 10min, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley.
