Vegetable soup base with a savoury blend of garden vegetables and herbs.
Add: 150g beef soup meatballs, 250g soup vegetables, and 1500ml water. Optional: replace with chopped courgette and finely chopped small fennel. Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to boil while whisking, add meatballs and vegetables, simmer partially covered for 10 min, stirring occasionally.
