After opening, store the contents in resealed pouch in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks For one packet (2 servings), bring 250 ml water with 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g) to a boil. 2. Remove from heat, stir in packet contents briefly with a spoon. Stir as little as possible for a freshly mashed taste. 3. Add 10 g margarine on top (do not stir) and let stand for 1-2 minutes. 4. Add 75 ml cold low-fat (or lactosefree) milk, stir gently, and serve.
