Description

Rich and creamy with an indulgent chocolate flavour — perfect for a comforting dessert.

Preparation: Use 500ml milk. Mix powder with 3 tbsp sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tbsp of cold milk until smooth. Bring remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat, and whisk in the mixture. Cook for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour into a bowl or rinsed mould and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before turning out.
