Description

Smooth and aromatic with a touch of vanilla — a timeless dessert favourite.

Preparation: Take about 6 tbsp from 500ml milk and mix with the pudding powder and 2 heaped tbsp sugar. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat, add the mixture, and briefly boil again while stirring. Pour into dessert glasses or a bowl and chill. For turning out: pour into a rinsed mould, chill thoroughly, and turn out once fully cooled.
