The stainless steel blade is of a single-edge, pivoting construction and next to the blade there is a little hole in the synthetic material (lateral remover) for removing undesired parts. And for maximum ease of use, the peeler has been designed to be dishwasher safe, so that even after working with it, nothing will slow you down.
